India VS West Indies- India lifts the cup after successfully chasing 316 against Indies. Rohit, Rahul and Virat Kohli smack half centuries.

After the magnificent opening stand of 122 runs in 21 overs, between Rohit Sharma(Who is also the man of the series) and KL Rahul there was no chance for West Indies to make a strong comeback.

IND VS WI

Rohit Sharma hitted his 43rd ODI half century whereas Rahul also scored one more knock of 77 runs. Besides these the West Islanders attacked with the ball due to which, hundred and sixty seven for one soon became 228 for 5 as Shreyas Iyer (7), Rishabh Pant (7) and Kedar Jadhav (9) all wickets fell very quickly. But as usual, Virat Kohli duly played a vital knock, bringing up his 55th ODI half-century to steady the ship. He looked likely to get a century and take the game home but chopped a Keemo Paul delivery onto his stumps in the 47th over and the game was wide open once again.
Thakur started his innings with a boundary and slammed another four and six in the next over off Sheldon Cottrell to all but finish the match. Jadeja hit a boundary in the next over and with India needing just a run to win, the two batsmen went for a quick single that they completed despite a run-out appeal.
